ENTRY FORMS Throughout our website you will find entry forms to the various events at the Super Billiards Expo. To sign up for an event, click on the link below for the appropriate entry form: Charity Event ALL Amateur Events - We have one entry form that you can use to sign up for ANY of the Amateur Players Championship events. VIP Seating - Use this order form to pre-order your VIP seats for the Pro Arena. Gabriels Open 9-Ball Professional Players Championship This event is open to any and all Professional or professional-caliber players. Male or female, any age.
