I have been knocking around pool halls longer than I care to remember and am an avid admirer of Allen Hopkins. I heard about the annual Valley Forge event and finally decided to attend your just completed show, Superbilliards Expo 14, March 2006. WOW! I can't tell you how much fun I had. I brought some cues with me that were in need of repair and left with beautifully restored treasures. The hardest part was choosing which of your many vendors would do the work. Talk about choices.....oh man! I got so swept up in all the excitement that I even bought two more magnificent cues, a Tim Scruggs and a Mike Capone. I guess I'm out of equipment excuses now. ;-) It was heartening to see so many youngsters competing; preparing to carry on the torch. The highlight for me was in attending the Pro-8 ball matches. Seeing the game played on such a high level and so close from the VIP section gave me goosebumps. Considering the Expo's immense turnout I must say, everything seemed to flow really well. There were so many fun things to see and do. I also got to chat with Stefano Palinga and see some of his outrageous trickery.....man, can that guy bend a cue ball ! I even got a photo of Stefano and myself to hang on my rec room wall. There is no doubt that I will be attending as many future Superbilliards Expos as I possibly can. Kudos to Allen and Dawn for putting on such a wonderful show. Everyone, most especially the vendors, must have been very pleased.
Best Regards,
Brian C. in CT
We here at TAP once again are looking forward to working with Dawn and Allen and the extravaganza they host in Valley Forge every year. TAP keeps selling out all of our events year after year and there seems to be no slow down in sight. As soon as TAP's nationals are over each November our players attention immediately turns to getting their teams together for Valley Forge. Valley Forge continues to be a great marketing tool for TAP's licensees to recruit new players and for TAP in general. Keep up the great work!

The very best play I have ever seen was Allen's 1st place victory over Kim Davenport 13 to 5 in the Championship Final Match at Valley Forge 1989.
Kim played perfect not doing any thing wrong. Kim made the most fantastic kick I have ever witnessed in my life being locked up on a ball and having to shoot the cue into a corner pocket to get the cue ball to travel up table hooking around a cluster of balls executing the most impressive kick I have ever seen coming back giving Allen only a chance to play another safe.. But it was far too little far too late as Allen played the most controlled perfect set I have ever seen and devastated KIm beating him a whopping 13 to 5. Allen shoot the most perfect match as close to shooting a perfect 100 as any human could possibly play... Allen shoot a perfect 99.9 with only being a flesh and blood breathing human being stopping him from shooting a perfect 100. If 100 is even possible Allen played the most perfect set we all have ever seen..
Please someone,,, remind Allen of that 1st Valley Forge win... Allen played a perfect match beating Davenport 13 to 5.. I watched in amazement.. was it possible for a human being to play so perfect.... Allen shot a perfect 99.9...

I just wanted to express how much I enjoyed the 10th Annual Super Billiards
Expo.
I have attended and played in all of the previous Expo's, and have watched as
it has grown better each year.
Both you and your staff deserve to be commended for the tremendous service to
the players, exhibitors, fans & the sport in general that you have provided
over the last ten years. There is truly something enjoyable for everyone of
every age.
My entry fee for next year's Open Amateur Championship will be forwarded as
soon as the application becomes available.
Thanks again for a most enjoyable week-end!
Jim M.
I was there on Saturday and just wanted to let you both know what
a fantastic time I had.
The expo had the same class that you both have brought to the
pool game...
I was the crazy guy running around having the stars sign my
Joe Camel Shooting Pool plate.
Thank you both for signing...
Managed to get a dozen more signatures, including in the center of
the dish, The Irish Invader, Karen Corr.
This is probably a 'one-of-a-kind' collectors piece that I will
NEVER SELL and pass on to my son when I go the that great pool
hall in the sky.
The same goes for the cue sticks that Steve "The Miz" was kind
enough to sign for me recently.
Thanks again for a great show and please keep me on your
mailing list for future events.
Still trying to improve my game,
Rich A.
Allen and Dawn,
I want to thank you both for a great convention. My wife and daughter really enjoyed themselves as well. We all enjoyed Tom Rossman and his bag of trick shots. Thanks again and we are anxiously counting down the days until next years' show.

Hi Allen and Dawn--
Just wanted to commend you both for a fantastic pool extravaganza once
again. This is my second year and I plan on attending every year....
It was a great weekend. You and your staff did a great job of organizing
and providing us players with a great forum for cue supplies, playing, cue
repair, watching the pros, talking to cuemakers, etc. etc. etc. The whole
weekend went very, very smoothly.
Looking forward to seeing you next year.

WANTED TO TAKE A FEW MINUTES TO SAY THANKS FOR A WONDERFUL WEEKEND. THIS
WAS MY THIRD VALLEY FORGE. I LIVE TEN MINUTES FROM VALLEY FORGE. I EVEN
HELPED BUILD THE HOTEL SOME YEARS AGO.
THIS EVENT WAS EVEN BETTER THAN THE PREVIOUS YEARS. "ESPECALLY" IN THE
FOOD CATAGORY. THE LAST TWO YEARS THE FOOD WAS COLD AND THE DRINKS WERE
HOT, AND THE PRICE WAS HIGH. BUT THIS YEAR THERE WAS A SELECTION OF FOOD
BOOTHS. THEY DID NOT CLOSE AT 9:00PM, AND THE QUALITY WAS VERY GOOD. I
DON'T MIND PAYING WHEN THE QUALITY IS THERE.
WHEN WALKING AROUND WITH THE FOOD PEOPLE WOULD EVEN ASK "WHERE DID YOU
GET THAT". JUST THE QUESTION STATED HOW GOOD THE FOOD LOOKED.
THE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT. VERY POLITE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY CHECKER
MY WRIST BAND EVERY TIME, BUT ALWASY IN A POLITE MANNER. THIS WAS NOT
ALWAYS THE CASE LAST YEAR.
I WAS MORE THAN HAPPY TO PAY THE EXTRA FOR VIP. I BROUGHT A BUDDY AND HE
LOVED OUR SEATS ALSO.
THE LADIES WERE ALWAY VERY NICE TO ALL WHO ASKED FOR AUTOGRAPHS. EVEN IF
ONLY 30 SECONDS AFTER BEING ELIMINATED. (THEY COULD GIVE THE GIRLS A
MINUTE OR TWO TO GET THEMSELVES TOGETHER). PERHAPS THAT IS WHY WE ENJOY
THE EVENT SO.
ALL IN ALL IT WAS A GREAT WEEK END WITH NOT ONE THING TO COMPLAIN
ABOUT. I EVEN GOT A MASSAGE FOR 15 MINUTES. THAT WAS GREAT...I DIDN'T
WANT TO MISS ANY MATCHES SO I DIDN'T REALLY SPEND MUCH TIME IN THE
VENDOR AREA....BUT I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO.
A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER
DOUG W.
