This event is open to any and all Professional or professional-caliber players. Male or female, any age. To register for this event, please print out this form, fill in the information clearly, and mail it in to the address provided below along with your check or money order for the entrance fee. After we have received and processed your entry, you will receive a notification of your entrance into the event. Thanks, and good luck! No checks accepted after March 3, 2008. Money orders must be received in hands by March 7th.

We would like to provide spectators and fans with as much info about the players as possible, if you wish to attach a bio or additional pages, please feel free.
